1. Introduction These Terms of Use explain how we deliver our Letters service ("the Service") and what you can expect from us.

2. Service Commencement Your service begins when you either start a trial or make your first payment. These terms become binding from that date.

3. Your Account We'll provide you with login credentials and support through our website: https://letters.app/contact. You must keep your login details secure and confidential.

4. Using Letters You agree to use the Service responsibly and legally. This means following our guidelines and not sharing your account with others or using it for illegal purposes.

5. Service Access We may need to suspend your access to the Service at times. If this happens, we'll refund any unused portion of your subscription.

6. Our Intellectual Property The Service's content, interface, and methodology are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree to respect these rights and not copy or misuse any part of our Service.

7. Subscription and Fees You'll need to pay the subscription fee for your chosen plan. We may occasionally ask for feedback about the Service. We'll give you 30 days' notice before changing any fees.

10. Ending Your Service You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@letters.app or through your account settings. We'll delete your records within 6 months of cancellation.

11. Important Notes About Our Service The Letters service uses AI technology to generate text. While we strive for accuracy, you should review and edit any generated content. You're responsible for the final version of any documents you create.

12. Liability We're not responsible for any losses related to using our Service. The Service features may change based on user feedback and development.

13. Legal Rights Your statutory rights under Australian consumer law remain protected. Beyond these, we provide the Service "as is" without additional warranties.

14. Your Responsibilities You agree to protect us from any claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these terms.

15. Circumstances Beyond Our Control We won't be liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control.
